At Smiling Homes, we strive to deliver your home décor items efficiently and reliably through our print-on-demand and dropshipping partners.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selecting the most reliable and cost-effective carrier based on your location.
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.
- Orders under $50 incur a flat shipping fee, which is calculated at checkout.
We also offer Expedited Shipping at an additional cost for customers who need faster delivery.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are calculated after your order has shipped:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier performance. During peak seasons (such as Black Friday, holidays, or high-demand periods), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor the status of your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Smiling Homes is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the packaging and the item immediately and contact us at info@smilinghomes.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, first check with your neighbors or local post office. If the package cannot be located, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, if necessary, issue a replacement or full refund after 10 business days from the expected delivery date.
Refused or Returned Packages
If a package is refused by the recipient, returned due to an incorrect address, or undeliverable because no one was available to accept it, you will receive a refund for the product price only, minus the original shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.

All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Smiling Homes reserves the right to adjust shipping methods and timelines as needed.
